Privacy

APEX AI ("I", "me") is a CRM and data engineering studio run by Sonny Driscoll, based in Cardiff, UK. This page explains what happens to your information when you use this website.

What I collect

• When you book a call: bookings are handled by Cal.com. The name, email and any details you enter are processed by Cal.com and shared with me so I can hold the call. See Cal.com's own privacy policy for how they handle it.
• When you email me: I receive your email address and whatever you write, and I keep it to reply and follow up.
• Basic analytics: I may use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to see which pages get visited. No selling of data, no creepy profiling.
• When you use the chat assistant: your messages are processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate replies. If you choose to share your name and email in the chat, I store those details (plus a summary of the conversation) in my CRM so I can follow up. Please don't paste anything sensitive into the chat.
• When you use the CRM Health Check: the file you drop is analysed entirely in your browser and is never uploaded anywhere. If you opt in to the emailed report, I receive only your email address and the aggregate scores shown on screen, never any of your CRM data. The exact payload is viewable on the page before you send it.

How I use it

Only to respond to you, hold a call you booked, and run my own business. I don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.

How long I keep it

As long as we're in contact or working together, and for a reasonable period after, then I delete it. If you want me to delete your details sooner, just ask.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask me what I hold, correct it, or have it deleted. Email sonny@weareapexai.com and I'll sort it.
